As informed by learned AGA, notice to the informant has been served on 01.03.2025 but none is present on behalf of the informant. 3. Heard Sri Mahendra Tripathi, learned counsel for the applicant as well as Sri Anit Kumar Shukla, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material available on record. 4. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 21 of 2025, under Sections 87, 137(2), 65(1) of B.N.S. and Sections 3/4(2) of POCSO Act, Police Station - Sadar Bazar, District - Agra, during the pendency of trial. ARGUMENTS ON BEHALF OF APPLICANT: 5. The applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case due to ulterior motive. He has nothing to do with the said offence as alleged in the FIR. 6. The FIR is delayed by about three days and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. 7. The victim is the consenting party as is but evident from her statement recorded u/s 183 B
