Supplementary affidavit filed by learned counsel for the applicant is taken on record. 3. Heard Sri Prateek Kumar, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Pranshu Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 4. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.853 of 2024, under Sections 64, 351(2) B.N.S., Police Station- Sikandrabad, District- Bulandshahr, during the pendency of trial. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed by about one day and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. There is no medical corroboration of the incident. There is no sign of any broken bangles from the car of the applicant which was observed by the Investigating Officer and video recording of the same was done. It is a clear cut case of false implication. The
