This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Dheeraj, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 251 of 2024, under Sections 123, 308(5), 351(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 67A of Information of Technology Act, Police Station- Khekda, District- Baghpat. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 17.08.2024. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that in the FIR, there is no mention of the place of alleged incident and there is no independent witness of the said incident. Nothing incriminating has been recovered from
