Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as Sri Pranshu Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 22 of 2024, U/S 376- AB, 452 IPC and 5m/6 POCSO Act, Police Station Baleni, District Baghpat, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 4. The applicant is stated to have committed rape with the 8-year old daughter of the informant on 16.2.2024 at about 5.00 pm. ARGUMENTS ON BEHALF OF APPLICANT: 5. The applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case with a view to cause unnecessary harassment and to victimize him.
