Learned A.G.A. has informed that the notice to the informant has been served on 27.02.2025 but none is present on behalf of the informant. 4. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 267 of 2024, under Sections 137(2), 87, 65(1) of BNS and Section 3/4(2) of POCSO Act Police Station Thana Bhawan, District Samali(Prabudh Nagar), during the pendency of trial. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence. As per ossification test report, age of the victim has come up to be 17-18 years. It is next stated that the victim is a consenting party as is but
