Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 271 of 2024, U/S 376(2) (n), 504, 506, 406 IPC, Police Station Chapar, District Muzaffar Nagar, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have taken loan of Rs. 20,000/- from the informant and had subsequently, established corporeal relationship with her on the false promise of marriage but ultimately refused to comply with the said promise. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case with a view to cause unnecessary harassment and to victimize him.
