Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as Sri Anit Kumar Shukla, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 179 of 2024, under Sections 323, 504, 506, 376 I.P.C. and 3/4 POCSO Act and 67 I.T. Act, Police Station Hanumanganj, District Kushinagar, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have established corporeal relationship with the victim by force on 10.4.2022 and had even clicked certain snaps and video-recorded the said act and threatened her to make them viral on social media. The informant was forced to arrange the marriage of the victim elsewhere, whereupon, the applicant is stated to have sent certain photographs and video to the erstwhile groom leading to cancellation of the said marriage, as such, the instant FIR was instituted. 5.
