Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.355 of 2024, under Sections 70(1), 351(3) B.N.S., Police Station Khadda, District Kushinagar, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed by about 29 days and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. There is no allegation of exorcism against the applicant. The allegations against the applicant are false. Learned counsel has further stated that there is no medical corroboration of the incident. The victim is a married lady, obviously she is major. 5.
