Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.40 of 2025, under Sections 69, 123, 77, 351(3) B.N.S., Police Station Kotwali Nagar, District Muzaffar Nagar, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have established corporeal relationship with the victim by concealing his name and religion by telling himself to be one Pawan Saini and had spiked her drink and even video recorded the said act. In addition to it, he had also taken certain snaps of her. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed by about 24 days and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. There is no medical corroboration of the incident. Th
