Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.140 of 2024, under Sections 137(2), 87, 65(1) B.N.S., 2023 and Section 3/4 POCSO Act, 2012, Police Station Sigramau, District Jaunpur, during the pendency of trial. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The victim is a consenting party as is evident from her statements recorded under Sections 180 and 183 B.N.S.S.
