Anju Alias Manju Yadav, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 1093 of 2024 under Sections 140 (2), 352 115 (2), 351 (3) B.N.S. & Section 67 of I.T. Act, Police Station- Kotwali, District-Lalitpur. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number.
