The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant with the prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.288 of 2024, under Sections 147,148,149,302, 307, 341, 324 and 120B IPC, Police Station Loni Border, District Ghaziabad during pendency of the trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that in the present matter applicant has been made accused along with as many as 16 others including co-accused Sonu Baghel @ Sunil and after considering entire facts of the case co-accused Sonu Baghel @ Sunil has been released on bail by Coordinate Bench of this Court and his bail order has been annexed at page 67 of the paper book
