Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.369 of 2024, under Sections 64, 87, 137(2), 351(3) B.N.S., 2023 and 3/4 POCSO Act, Police Station Bakewar, District Etawah, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The victim and her sister both are consenting party. They had gone to Faridabad on their own and had stayed with the applicant and other co-accused person for about one month. The victim has stated her age to be 13 years, but by her looks, she seems to be major.
