Heard Sri Rajesh Kumar, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Arun Kumar Mishra, learned A.G.A. for the State as well as perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 184 of 2024, under Sections 498A, 304B I.P.C. and Section 3/4 of the D.P. Act, Police Station Jahanaganj, District Azamgarh, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is next stated that the applicant is the brother-in- law (devar) of the deceased person and he has nothing to do with the said offence. The husband of the deceased person was present at the time of inquest proceedings and no allegation has been made against any of the accused person at that stage.
