Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.938 of 2024, under Sections 64(1), 352, 351(2) B.N.S., Police Station Khalilabad, District Sant Kabir Nagar, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed by about 12 days and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. The victim is major aged about 22 years. The applicant has nothing to do with the said offence. There is no medical corroboration of the incident. 5. Several other submissions have been made on behalf of the applicant to demonstrate the falsity of the allegations made
