Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.53 of 2024, under Sections 363, 366, 376 I.P.C. and 3/4 POCSO Act, Police Station Bithoor, District Kanpur Nagar, during the pendency of trial. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The victim is a consenting party as is but evident from her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. She has stated that she befriended the applicant on Instagram and was seen by her mother talking to the applicant, as such, on her objections, she was sent out of the house by her parents. T
