Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 28 of 2025, under Sections 123, 64, 351(2) of BNS, Police Station - Baraut, District - Baghpat, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the victim is a divorcee and the applicant is stated to have taken advantage of the said condition of the victim and had committed rape with her by spiking her milk on 15.01.2025 between 8 to 9 AM. 5.
