Heard Sri Ramesh Kumar, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Krishna Dutt Awasthi, learned counsel for the informant as well as Sri Amit Kumar, learned State Law Officer for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.185 of 2024, under Sections 87, 64(1), 127(4), 351(2) B.N.S., Police Station- Sahar, District- Auraiya, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have made certain indecent video of the victim and had threatened her to make it viral on social media, as such, she had taken certain ornaments alongwith her at the behest of the applicant. The applicant is stated to have raped her. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The allegations are per se false.
