Heard Sri Shashank Dwivedi, learned counsel for the applicant as well as Sri Sunil Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 622 of 2024, under Sections 64, 115(2), 352, 351(2) B.N.S., Police Station Amroha Nagar, District Amroha, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed by one and a half months and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. The victim is the consenting party, as she had left her children to her relative's house and went with the applicant. She is a married lady and obviously, is major. 5.
