Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.196 of 2024, under Sections 376D, 323, 328, 506 I.P.C., Police Station- Atarra, District- Banda, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The main allegations are against the co-accused person Ramroop. The allegations against the applicant are of having made viral the mobile number of the victim, although the victim has allayed the allegations of rape against the applicant in her statement recorded U/s 183 B.N.S.S. The victim is obviously major as she is a married lady aged about 35 years. There is no medical corroboration of the incident. 5. Severa
