Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.296 of 2024, under Sections 333, 74, 351(2), 332, 64 B.N.S., Police Station- Jariya, District- Hamirpur, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have committed rape with the victim twice and had attempted the same for third time on 13.11.2024 at about 08:30 a.m. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed by about six days and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. There is no medical corroboration of the incident.
