As per prosecution story, the applicant is brother-in-law (Jeth) of the victim and is stated to have exploited her for several months and had even raped her on 28.9.2024 at about 09:00 a.m. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
