Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 0235 of 2024, under Sections 64, 61(2), 137(2), 87 of BNS and Section 5/6 of POCSO Act Police Station Belhar Kala, District Sant Kabir Nagar, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 4. The applicant is stated to have enticed away the minor daughter of the informant on 19.09.2024 at about 7 p.m. The victim is stated to have taken certain ornaments and Rs.5,000/- cash along with her.
