Learned A.G.A. has informed that the notice to the informant has been served on 21.02.2025. 4. Applicant seeks bail in Special Case No.525 of 2024 in Case Crime No.175 of 2024, under Sections 376D, 506 I.P.C., Section 6 POCSO Act and Section 67B I.T. Act, Police Station Srinagar, District Mahoba, during the pendency of trial. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has stated that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. PW-1/victim and PW-2/informant have been examined during trial and they have completely resiled from their earlier statements and have been cross-examined by the public prosecutor after declaring them hostile. There is no likelihood of conviction of the applicant
