Heard Sri Adarsh Srivastava, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Sunil Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State as well as perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 443 of 2024, under Sections 103(1), 238 and 61(2) of BNS Police Station Kakod, District Bulandshahr, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is next stated that in the CCTV footage, the applicant is not visible having accompanied the husband of the deceased person. She has simply been made an accused owing to the alleged illicit relationship with the husband of the deceased. She has nothing to do with the said offence. 5.
