Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 426 of 2024, under Sections 69, 115(2) of B.N.S., Police Station - Trans Yamuna, District - Agra, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 4. The applicant is stated to have established corporeal relationship with the victim on the false promise of marriage, out of the said corporeal relationship, a baby is stated to have born. The applicant subsequently refused to comply with the said promise. ARGUMENTS ON BEHALF OF APPLICANT: 5. The applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case due to ulterior motive.
