Applicant seeks bail in Sessions Trial No. 147 of 2021 arising out of Case Crime No. 675 of 2020, under Sections 506, 376 of I.P.C., Police Station Kotwali, District Deoria, during the pendency of trial. 4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that similarly placed co-accused person, Waseem Raja Alias Waseem Khan, has already been enlarged on bail by another Bench of this Court vide order dated 02.12.2024 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 35295 of 2024.
