Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 444 of 2024, under Sections 376(2)N, 506 of I.P.C., Police Station - Bhojipura, District - Bareilly, during the pendency of trial. ARGUMENTS ON BEHALF OF APPLICANT: 4. The applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case due to ulterior motive. He has nothing to do with the said offence as alleged in the FIR. 5. The victim is a married lady. The instant case is a clear cut case of false implication. 6. The FIR is delayed by about three years and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. 7.
