Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 849 of 2024, under Sections 64 of B.N.S., Police Station - Sikandara, District - Agra, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 4. The applicant is stated to have raped the victim by forcing her into the jungle behind the factory on 23.12.2024 at about 07:00 pm, when the victim had gone to ease herself out. ARGUMENTS ON BEHALF OF APPLICANT: 5. The applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case due to ulterior motive. He has nothing to do with the said offence as alleged in the FIR. 6.
