Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Amrit Raj Chaurasia, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. In the prosecution's case, it is alleged that while the injured were coming to Sisona and reached at Jan Tathi near a wine shop, they found two persons standing there. When questioned about their presence, the two individuals started a quarrel and tore the victims' clothing. In the meantime, one of them, Vikas, left the scene. Vikas allegedly returned with other accused persons Kiranpal, Vijendra, Arjun, and Pramod along with a tractor. The accused then allegedly attempted to run over both constables with the tractor to kill them. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated.
