Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 439 of 2024, U/S 65(1), 351(2) B.N.S., 2023 and 5M/6 POCSO Act, 2012, and 3(2)(5) of S.C./S.T. Act, 1989, Police Station Shahganj, District Agra, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, on 8.10.2024 at 10.30 am, the applicant is stated to have enticed away the daughter of the informant and had committed rape with her and thereafter, dropped her the same evening at about 7.00 pm. 5.
