Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. There is no medical corroboration of the incident. The victim was pregnant and her pregnancy has been terminated as stated by the victim herself in her statement recorded U/s 164 Cr.P.C.
