Heard Sri Vishnu Kant Tiwari, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Varun Pratap Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 103 of 2024, under Sections 70(1), 137(2), 351(2), 49 of BNS and Sections 17/6 of POCSO Act, Police Station - Rendar, District - Jalaun, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
