Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 300 of 2024, under Sections 363, 366, 504, 506, 376(2)(N) of IPC and Section 5/6 of POCSO Act and Section 3(2)(v), 3(2)(Va), 3(1)(s) of SC/ST Act, Police Station Dhanghata, District Sant Kabir Nagar, during the pendency of trial. 5.
