Heard Sri Arvind Kumar, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Ram Mohit Yadav, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 0486 of 2024, under Sections 376-D, 323, 506 of I.P.C., Police Station - Nawabad, District - Jhansi, during the pendency of trial. 4. The FIR was instituted against the applicant and other co- accused persons of having gang raped the victim in the year 2023 twice. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence as alleged in the FIR. The FIR is delayed by about six months and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. 6.
