Heard Sri Anupam Kumar Shukla, Advocate holding brief of Ms. Sushmita Tripathi, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Rajendra Prasad Singh, learned State Law Officer and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 886 of 2024, under Sections 69 of BNS, Police Station - Kotwali Padrauna, District - Kushinagar, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence as alleged in the FIR. The victim is 30 years old married lady and the applicant himself is a youth aged about 21 years. 5. Learned counsel has also stated that it is the clear cut case of false implication. The victim has not dissolved her earlier marriage, as such, it was not possible for the applicant to marry her.
