Heard Sri Ashok Kumar Singh Bais, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Shyam Dhar Maurya, learned A.G.A. for the State as well as perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 322 of 2024, under Sections 87, 64 of BNS Police Station Sarsawa, District Saharanpur, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence. The victim is major and she has married to the informant. The allegations are per se false. The FIR itself is delayed by about 2 days and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. 5.
