Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 432 of 2024, under Sections 137(2), 87, 65(1) of BNS and Section 4(2) of POCSO Act, Police Station Katghar, District Moradabad, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence. The victim is a consenting party as is but evident from her statement recorded under Section 183 BNSS whereby she has stated that she had gone with the applicant all the way to Chandigarh out of her own sweet will.
