Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.379 of 2023, under Sections 354, 376, 511, 506 I.P.C. and Sections 4/8, 7/18 POCSO Act, Police Station Vijay Nagar, District Ghaziabad, during the pendency of trial. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is true that the applicant is the father of the victim, but the said FIR has been instituted out of vengeance as the applicant and his estrange wife have fallen apart.
