Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.379 of 2023, under Sections 354, 376, 511, 506 I.P.C. and Sections 4/8, 7/18 POCSO Act, Police Station Vijay Nagar, District Ghaziabad, during the pendency of trial. 5.
