Heard Sri Kamlesh Kumar Yadav, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri R.P. Singh, learned State Law Officer for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.292 of 2024, under Sections 70(1), 123, 351(3) B.N.S. and Section 67 of I.T. Act, Police Station Saidpur, District Ghazipur, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant and other co-accused persons are stated to have committed gang-rape with the informant/victim on 26.08.2024 at about 4 p.m. by spiking her prasad and taking her behind the bushes. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
