Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.320 of 2024, under Section 376 I.P.C., Section 4/6 of POCSO Act and Section 3(2)(v) of SC/ST Act, 1989 (Amendment Act 2015), Police Station Gopiganj, District Bhadohi, during the pendency of trial. 6. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
