Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.286 of 2023, under Sections 376(2)N, 363, 366 I.P.C. and Section 5(j)2/6 POCSO Act, Police Station Pashchim Sharira, District Kaushambi, during the pendency of trial. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The victim is a consenting party as is but evident from her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. and she has stated that she was pregnant at that time and has expressed her willingness to spent her life with the applicant only.
