Heard Sri Karunesh Narayan Tripathi, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Sunil Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.407 of 2024, under Sections 333, 74, 64(2M), 71, 351(3) B.N.S., Police Station Bhamaura, District Bareilly, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The victim is a consenting party as far as the applicant is concerned. The FIR has been instituted on false facts. The FIR is delayed by about two days and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. The consent of the victim can be drawn from the fact that the deponent of the affidavit filed in support of the bail application has been sworn by the victim herself. 5. Several other submissions have been ma
