Learned A.G.A. has informed that the notice to the informant has been served on 18.02.2025. 4. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.363 of 2022, under Sections 363, 504, 506, 366, 376D, 120B I.P.C. and Section 5/6 POCSO Act, Police Station Shankargarh, District Prayagraj, during the pendency of trial. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is not named in the FIR and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The victim in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. has denied the prosecution story entirely and has not nominated any accused in it, but subsequently in her supplementary statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C
