Heard Sri Sudarshan Singh, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Rajendra Prasad Singh, learned State Law Officer for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.414 of 2024, under Sections 376, 452, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C., Police Station- Bhuta, District- Bareilly, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed by about six months and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. Even the application U/s 156(3) Cr.P.C. was moved after a delay of fourteen days as it was moved on 9.5.2024. There is no medical corroboration of the incident.
