The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 603 of 2022, under Sections 302, 307 IPC, Police Station Shahganj, District Agra during pendency of the trial. 3. FIR of the present case was lodged on 26.11.2022 against applicant and according to the FIR on 26.11.2022 at 10:30 AM in the morning some dispute arose between informant and applicant, who was his Bhabhi and thereafter applicant opened fire due to which sister-in-law of the informant sustained number of injuries and died and informant also sustained injuries on her left arm. 4.
