Heard Shri Mohammad Belal, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Yagyavalk Pandey, learned A.G.A. and perused the record of the case. 3. The present bail application under Section 483 BNSS has been filed on behalf of applicant Salman, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 356 of 2024, under Section 2/3 Uttar Pradesh Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, registered at Police Station Kotwali Dehat, District Bulandshahr, during pendency of the trial. 4. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to ulterior motive. In gang-chart annexed as Annexure No. 2, two criminal cases being Case Crime No. 359 of 2024, under Sections 302/120B IPC, C.S. No. 407/24 and Case Crime No. 373 of 2024, under Sections 307/411 IPC and Sect
