Heard Sri Sanjay Singh, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Sunil Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 208 of 2023, under Sections 376(2)N, 376(3) of I.P.C. and Sections 3/4(2), 5/6 of POCSO Act, Police Station- Meerganj, District - Bareilly, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The informant and the victim have been examined as P.W. 1 and P.W. 2 in court and have not supported the prosecution story. They have completely resiled from their earlier statement given to the I.O. and the allegations of the FIR. The witnesses have been cross-examined by the public prosecutor after declaring them hostile. There is no possibility of conviction in the present case under t
