Supplementary affidavit filed by learned counsel for the applicant is taken on record. 2. Heard Sri Brajesh Kumar Solanki, learned counsel for the applicant as well as Sri Amit Kumar, learned State Law Officer and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 5 of 2025, under Sections 87, 137(2), 64(1) B.N.S., Police Station Qadar Chawk, District Budaun, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed by 52 days and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. The victim is the consenting party, as is evident from her statement recorded u/s 183 B.N.S.S.
