Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 605 of 2024, under Sections 76, 69, 115(2) B.N.S., Police Station Auraiya, District Auraiya, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have established corporeal relationship with the two victims (V1) and (V2) for a period of three years on the false promise of marriage and had later on refused to comply with the said promise.
